You’ve been carrying something — a project, an idea, a vision — but it stays hidden. Not because you lack talent, but because something keeps getting in the way.

This isn’t just for artists and writers. Executives create constantly: strategies, cultures, decisions, teams, and turnarounds. The same forces that block traditional creatives block you too — fear of failure, perfectionism, internal conflict, and the pressure of “should.” The work stays underground.

Undercover Creatives is for the hidden creator inside the executive (or anyone quietly carrying something that matters). Through Jungian coaching, we dig into what’s blocked, excavate what’s real, and turn it into something you can actually build.

This is for people who are willing to do the real work — not the easy version.

Here’s how it works:

First, just say you create or want to create. It's that simple. It's a good thing.

You don't have to be an artist or writer. As executives, we create all the time-- sometimes we get blocked. Jungian Coaching can help.

We Dig and Discover

It's not easy. It's what we call "Shadow Work". We dig into all that muck, so you can figure out what's blocking you. Then we work through it, together, and find that masterpiece you've suppressed.

It doesn't have to be a novel or a movie.

It can be a growth plan.

We Polish

We work through the learnings, polish them, set some goals and work on a plan.

The good news is, if you achieve the goal-- the next quarter is on me for preservation.

Preservation

During the preservation stage, I remain on call and available for up to 4 sessions.
