For Undercover Creatives: Coaching for the masterpieces you've been hiding—whether you're an artist, writer, or executive who's quietly creating every day.
You don't have to be a "creative" in the traditional sense. Executives create constantly: strategies, cultures, systems, decisions, teams, visions, turnarounds. But just like any artist, you get blocked—by fear of failure, perfectionism, conflicting drives, the weight of "shoulds," or the shadow of unlived potential. The ideas stall, the courage freezes, the real work stays undercover.
Undercover Creatives is for that hidden creator inside the executive (or anyone carrying a masterpiece in the shadows). Through Jungian coaching—rooted in facing the shadow, embracing inner diversity (the full messy range of who you are), and bringing it into light—we excavate what's blocked and polish it into something real and actionable.

We Dig and Discover
It's what we call "Shadow Work". We dig into all that muck, so you can figure out what's blocking you. Then we work through it, together, and find that masterpiece you've suppressed.
It doesn't have to be a novel or a movie.
It can be a growth plan.

We Polish
We work through the learnings, polish them, set some goals and work on a plan.
The good news is, if you achieve the goal-- the next quarter is on me for preservation.

During the preservation stage, I remain on call and available for up to 4 sessions.
