The Courage Gap: The One Gap in Education a Consultant Can't Fix
These are provocative , performatively crass and lo-fi . I've seen a lot of gloss on Ed Reform panels and keynotes, but these are the opposite. I get things wrong. A lot of good people get caught up in a pattern and it's hard to get out -- especially if there's money and bureaucracy involved. BUT I get some things right. Here's the question I pose: "How are organizations and schools complicit in creating conditions or results they say they don’t want?"
Ouch.
At a poetry workshop led by Allen Ginsberg, I learned ,"First thought, best thought."
That's what these honor.
Yep.
Details coming soon. But it's going to be honest, courageous, and fun. Emphatically not a panel.
