All right. I'm hesitant in offering services to schools, districts, and networks. However, if you're in a big or small pinch, I can help.

I've never treated school management or network management as a "leader", per se.

Instead, I treat my work in schools as a "creative", which has been a strength.

Whether in turnaround or startup mode, every organization is unique.

Having served as an Executive Director for a National Charter Organization , Chief of Schools, and founding principal for organizations like Rocketship Public Schools and KIPP, I've implemented a variety of solutions ranging from statewide PD networks, cell phone bans, school opening and leader incubation among other things.
