From Dark to Diamond:

Digging Your Lost Masterpiece from  Your Shadow After 40

From Dark to Diamond: Jungian Coaching for 2nd Half Creatives

You've gotten this far in life and done pretty well.

You've been successful, but now that you're over 40., something feels off.

You want to create and get back to what you were meant to do.

The hours you spent reading, writing , and drawing in your early years were not a phase, but an important part of your identity that you've neglected  in order to pursue other important and necessary work.

Maybe that work was lucrative, but nothing beats the feeling of creating something aligned to your natural inclinations, be it fiction, art, music, or another creative endeavor.

Now it's time to get back to work.

The accrual of your life experiences and wisdom provides you with the potential to create something truly unique, but it takes coaching.

If the above resonates, let's   dig in , unblock and rediscover.

Read below for how the program works.

Dig In

Phase 1-- Months 1-3

DIG and DISCOVER

It’s time to grab our metaphorical mining headlamps to search through the dark caves  of self to see what we can find , use and become as writers, artists and other 2nd-Half Creatives.

Over the span of 3 months, our task is to excavate and discover what has been suppressed and how you've been conditioned to believe in your limitations.

This can be challenging.

As creatives who put creativity on the back burner, we tell ourselves stories to justify where we are and who we've become, sometimes shirking off our responsibility to actually create.

But deep in that subconscious cave, something has been hidden.

The stories we tell ourselves  as to why we're not creating make us complicit in our station in life, whether we know it or not.

In this phase we bring that all up to the surface while finding those diamonds  that have been deeply buried , forged by the pressure to show up in ways unnatural to us.

Phase 2-- Months 4-6

Develop and Deliver

Now that we've found what's been suppressed, it's time to get out the buffers and proverbial elbow grease to shine and clarify those strengths and your voice into a diamond.

In this phase, we'll also riff off of James Clear's Atomic Habits to create action plans and set some goals.

Perhaps this includes your writing a pitch for a show or maybe it's setting a goal to submit work to a review or to start a creativity practice..

Remember, this is about bringing your best  work into the world with your voice so that you feel fulfilled and don't have regrets.

All goals are unique, just as every diamond is unique,  just as every voice is unique.

You're going to surprise yourself and those around you.

More importantly, you'll feel success.
